Where do I begin? I was working out on a regular basis before I heard about Tony. But I had hit some plateaus and was gettiing very frustrated. Tony helped me with my eating and taught me how to get the most out of my workouts. He told me he was going to show me how to work smart instead of just working hard. It worked! I finally have my body where I wanted it to be and it's paying off. Now, I'm getting a lot of work as a fitness model in books, videos and infomercials. If I had never met Tony, I would probably still be yelling at my scale today. He's fantastic. I love him.
