I have been a big guy all my life. Strength was never an issue. But I wanted to gain muscle definition. And, a bad left knee, wrist and shoulder didn't help! Tony quickly assessed my physical make-up and eating habits, then worked out a plan for me to obtain my physical goals. His in-depth knowledge of physical fitness training, rehabilitation and body physiology (and a ton of commitment by me) allowed me to rapidly get results. After 6 months of 3 day-a-week training sessions and self-motivated cardio workouts, my body had definitely changed. My waistline decreased by almost 3 inches. My muscle definition was very visible. My body fat had decreased. And most of all, my mental well-being had changed. I gained confidence, and was able to sleep better and stay energized longer.
