Accountability Workout Logs - This unique feature provides you with printable weekly workout logs to keep track of the exercises you perform. You can also send Tony a workout log descriping your efforts for the week. Letting him know which workouts were too hard, too easy or just right. There's even an entry point to tell him what you liked best and worst about the workouts so he can adjust your upcoming programs.
